Order Changes & Cancellations

Act promptly

Email us as soon as an order detail appears wrong. Product, quantity, or delivery changes are possible only while fulfillment can still be safely interrupted.

Customer cancellation

We will attempt to cancel an order that has not entered packing or dispatch. Once fulfillment is committed, receiving the parcel and using the return process may be necessary.

Store cancellation

Melzuri may cancel because of unavailable stock, a clear pricing error, failed payment review, suspected misuse, shipping restrictions, or legal requirements. Captured payment for canceled goods is refunded.

Customer-entered delivery details

Customers should verify all checkout information. Where law permits, rerouting, return-to-sender, or reshipment costs caused by incorrect details may be charged to the customer.
