Using Melzuri

Accessing this site or submitting an order means accepting these terms and the linked store policies. Anyone who disagrees should stop using the service.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must be legally able to transact, submit accurate order and payment details, and protect their account credentials.

Product and pricing accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to present products, specifications, images, and prices accurately. Displays, batches, measurements, and packaging can vary. Obvious errors may be corrected before acceptance.

When an order is accepted

An automated message confirms receipt, not final acceptance. We may limit, reject, or cancel an order because of stock, payment, pricing error, fraud indicators, legal restrictions, or delivery limitations. Captured funds for canceled goods are returned.

Fair site use

Do not introduce malicious code, evade safeguards, impersonate another person, abuse checkout, interfere with operations, extract protected material without permission, or use the site unlawfully.

Independent services

Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and linked sites control their own systems and terms. Their availability is not guaranteed by Melzuri.

Legal boundaries

To the extent law permits, Melzuri is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Mandatory consumer protections and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain in force.

Future changes

Revisions apply prospectively. If one provision cannot be enforced, the rest continues to apply.
