Care starts with the instructions

Keep and follow all included instructions for intended use, setup, installation, power, charging, cleaning, storage, and safety. Stop using a product that appears damaged or unsafe.

Reporting a possible defect

Unless a product page grants longer coverage, report a suspected manufacturing defect within thirty days after delivery. We may request proof of purchase plus clear photos or video for assessment.

Coverage exclusions

Ordinary wear, expected cosmetic variation, accidents, loss, misuse, neglect, unsuitable power, incorrect installation, unauthorized repair, and modification are outside this limited coverage.

Resolution after review

Depending on the finding, we may provide guidance, a component, replacement goods, store credit, or a refund. This limited policy does not reduce mandatory statutory rights.
